In addition to the rental fees and bed linen, the additonal costs per month are billed at a flat rate of 4 euros per square meter, which is customary in the area.

For shorter stays, it will be calculated accordingly.

In the Fewo 8 Ludwig-Blum-Straße the costs are read directly.

Internet  wireless

Our apartments are all equipqed with free wireless internet access. This can be used under the terms and conditions below.

The internet may not be used to commintcrimes or passing away on the internet, accsess to it or person to action animieren.It is also  prohibited to calll sites with illegal content.

There must be no unauthorized settings be made to the routers in the apartment, no reset.We can then Guarantee for nothing.

If the Internet does not work times, please contact us.

We also point out that it is forbidden on the internet copyright violations, for example trough the use of internt exchange börse, The main tenant is also reponsible for his people, clarify the Terms of Service and comply with them.
